Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions

We ship products from Japan to various countries across Europe.
Our service covers most Western European countries including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
Please note that we do not ship to regions affected by conflicts, areas currently at war, or countries where delivery services are restricted.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (details will be announced separately if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via Japan Post and international courier services such as DHL or UPS.

  • All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

Delivery Times

  • Order processing (preparing for shipment) takes 3–4 business days.

  • If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you directly. Shipment will begin once the item is restocked and ready for dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time to Germany and most European countries is approximately 12–30 days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or holidays.

Taxes & Duties

  • All product prices are shown inclusive of EU VAT.

  • If the total order value exceeds the duty-free import threshold set by each country, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly in English.

  • We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses or the recipient’s absence. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Partial Shipments

  • If not all items in your order are ready at the same time, your order will be shipped once all items are prepared.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
