1. General Policy

Our products are shipped as overseas direct purchases from Japan/Korea. For this reason, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

Due to the nature of international shipping, delivery delays, customs issues, import restrictions, or refusal to accept the parcel are not valid reasons for a refund.

Please review the product description and images carefully before placing your order.
2. Exceptions
We only accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

The product is defective or faulty.

The wrong item was shipped (incorrect order).

The product was severely damaged during shipping.
In such cases, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Return Process

When requesting a return, please provide clear photos of the issue (defect, damage, shipping label, etc.).

Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is eligible.

Unauthorized returns will be refused, and refunds will not be processed.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only and may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments, in which case the seller covers the cost).
