Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Policy

  • Our products are shipped as overseas direct purchases from Japan/Korea. For this reason, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, delivery delays, customs issues, import restrictions, or refusal to accept the parcel are not valid reasons for a refund.

  • Please review the product description and images carefully before placing your order.


2. Exceptions

We only accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or faulty.

  • The wrong item was shipped (incorrect order).

  • The product was severely damaged during shipping.

In such cases, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.


3. Return Process

  • When requesting a return, please provide clear photos of the issue (defect, damage, shipping label, etc.).

  • Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is eligible.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused, and refunds will not be processed.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only and may take 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments, in which case the seller covers the cost).


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened food, beverages, or hygiene-related items (such as cosmetics, underwear, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items (where indicated as non-refundable)
